REMEDIAL
Remedial is a intensive form of massage that aims to address the cause of pain & dysfunction. You choose the pressure you want and we use a combination of soft tissue techniques for warm up & deeper techniques like trigger point therapy, myofacial release or stretching to relieve pain or soreness.
THERAPEUTIC
Massage is perhaps one of the oldest healing traditions. Many cultures - including the Ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese and Indians - were convinced of the therapeutic properties of massage and used it to treat a variety of ailments.
RELAXATION
One of the best things to do when you arrive on the Mountain is to let go through a relaxation massage. This massage will sooth away the stresses and tensions of a busy world and set you up for a restful stay.
